natural light, shadow and the moving image as part of my video ‘field recording’ work. I made 2 videos of the same street at the same time of day, over 2 days – Thursday 19 May and Friday 20 May. the ‘chance’ camera obscura was created by there being small openings in the wooden shutters casting an image of the street onto a film which covered the lower half of the window.
